Every table at VooDoo BBQ features three house sauces, each made from proprietary recipes that define our flavor:
- Mojo BBQ - Our most popular sauce and closest to a tradtional Southern bbq. Sweet with a little New Orleans spice, it's the heart of our flavor story.
- Cane Vinegar - A tangy, vinegar-based sauce with just the right kick. it shines on pulled pork, especially with a cole slaw topper.
- Mango Crystal - The spiciest of our trio, made with Crystal Hot Sauce and mango puree. It's bold, fruity, and unforgettable.
The Insider's Favorite: Jerk BBQ Sauce
Off the table but never off the menu, our Jerk BBQ Sauce is the insider's favorite among guests who know where the real flavor hides. Built from our Mojo base and spiced with caribbean-inspired flavors, it's sweet, smoky, and just the right kind of fiery. A little tropical heat, a whole lot of soul -- that's the VooDoo touch.
